website named Amazon.com. In the beginning, they sold the books and it became

lovers. In a shorter span of a time, Amazon was able to achieve a higher
pinnacle and in 2000 it became a stage for individuals and retailer to sell
their goods (Gilbert and Mayes, 1989). Any individuals can carry out the
shopping via this site all they need to do is to make there any devices such as laptop or cell phones connected to the internet. Amazon carries out its business
through e-commerce and e-business. It is one of the rapidly growing and highly
valued companies in the world. In order to make any kind of purchase, a customer
is required with an Amazon id. All these activities of costumers are monitored by CRM (Customer Relation Management). The
purpose of CRM is to provide costumer’s with continuous information system
despite their purchase of goods or not.

were several challenges faced by Amazon Company before achieving the greater
height of success. Instead of running away from challenges on their way to
success Amazon Company faced it. To keep balance
of a wide ranging of goods and millions
of its users, it makes the use of powerful systems such as Amazon Web Services
(AWS) and Simple Storage Service (SS). It also spends a huge amount of money on infrastructures and technology. It has the
better customer service strategy and it is one of the contributing factor in the success
of Amazon. On the list of customer’s satisfaction,
this company ranks in a higher position.
To handle large numbers of users
effectively and efficiently, it makes the use of CRM. It makes the use of secure server software in order to protect the

customers which help to maintain loyalty and increase the reputation of an
organization. Through the help development of CRM Amazon has productively managed
the relationship with customers without ever personally meeting them. Technological
development helps Amazon to provide an easy way
for doing transactions. Consumers of Amazon can purchase a product with one-click ordering. CRM of Amazon is
useful for storing the data and
information about the customers which allow. As internet-based

shareholders, customers, owners, managers and
employees. Business-to-Business technologies are being used by suppliers,
government and creditors.

employees and managers. Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) technologies are being used by owners and
employees. Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies are being used by all the
stakeholders of an Amazon company. Simple Storage Service (S3) technologies are

Internal stakeholders are individuals or groups who are directly affected by
operational process of an organization whereas external stakeholders are
indirectly influenced by the performance of an organization. Amazon developed
various information systems for the better services towards its stakeholders. Information
system is useful for organization to efficiently manage their operation, to
help managers for making better decision about business activities and achieve
